The "DEA" in Spain confers a higher qualification credential than a Master of Philosophy or Master of Studies but lower than doctorate. The so-called "DEA" was achieved in two years: one year of coursework and one year of research. All the work of the first and second years was defended before a panel.

Shaped and led the Strategic Technology & Innovation Management Business Unit of the . Born out of the integration of 6 advanced Technology Centres is one of the largest Technology Centres in Spain with over 450 employees, 7 spin-offs, 78 patents and over 160 R+D Projects:

-Developed the BU’s services portfolio with a strong focus on strategic management of innovation and technology
-Performed tasks to improve the BU’s sales (new and existing customers) | sales from new services > 50%
-Led the BU’s staff (Managers, PMs, and Analysts), including training, and performance appraisal among other activities
-Designed a set of standards to ensure high efficiency and excellent customer service| created and tested a methodology for strategic management of innovation, technology and R&D planning
