Overall tasks: Provide project supervision and implementation support to development projects in the portfolio of Bangladesh, Pakistan, Afghanistan as well as two regional grants in Asia and the Pacific region and previously supported the portfolio of Thailand, Nepal, Bhutan and Cambodia.

- Support Country Programme Manager on country programme to enhances the technical quality of country activities through programme and project (grants and loans) design, supervision, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, reporting and completion activities;
- Contribute to the Bangladesh portfolio review through analyzing strength, weakness and better linking M&E, KM and project impacts from project level towards COSOP and Corporate level;
- Involve in every phase of projects life cycle from undertaking data analysis required in preparation of projects design, supervision, M&E and KM activities;
- Participate in the supervision and implementation support missions to projects in Pakistan and Bangladesh as well as contribute to the preparation of reports, focusing on M&E, gender, targeting and sustainability;
- Develop concept notes for new project design;
- Research linkages across programme activities to identify critical points of integration and monitor projects/programme implementation;
- Proactively coordinate portfolio/project activities according to the work plan and budget and act as central point between the team in the country and HQ;
- Monitor progress of the project implementation by reviewing, verifying and analyzing work plans, disbursement, progress reports and final reports;
- Provide implementation support to grant recipients and provide feedback to programmes;
- Conduct financial analysis

Independent Office of Evaluation,

Overall tasks: Prepared thematic evaluation reports and project evaluations.
- Reviewed experience of and other international organizations to identify the common and different practices, draw lessons learned as well as identify possible implications for ’s future operations;
- Carried out evaluation surveys such as the survey on aspirations of ’s rural young beneficiaries and the survey on Direct Supervision and Implementation Support;
- Participated in the Project Performance Assessment mission to Cambodia to interview and discuss project performance and salient issues with Government representatives, NGOs, project staff, and beneficiaries;
- Compiled data related to strategies and operations and presented the results in a succinct manner as well as facilitated the team in conducting the country case studies;
- Validated the project performance through discussions with the CPMs and a desk review;
- Contributed to in-house learning workshops and Executive Board sessions through the preparation of PowerPoint presentations on evaluation findings and recommendations.

- Conducted comprehensive analysis of financial statements and credit call reports as well as supervised their performance through providing customer service support according to customers’ need;
- Liaised with other corporate departments such as the Trade Financial Center and the Customer Service Officers to deliver transactions for business clients;
- Ensured good relationships with existing customers and created strategies for new customers acquisition as well as provided customers’ perception/feedback to management in order to improve services and enhance its capacity and competitiveness in the banking industry.

- Assessed the securities and stocks performance and particular risks associated with operations in order to identify their SWOT and financial ratio in preparation of financial analysis;
- Evaluated trends of business, products and industry competition to determine value and profitability;
- Standardized companies’ database and made the comparison analysis to enable the clients making better decisions across different countries.
