- Managing 1,2+ GW installed capacity of key account customers and responsible for strengthening of mutual partnership.
- Leading O&M Service agreements in Middle East region and responsible of Jordan market.
- Negotiating new/renewal service agreements, participating at face-to-face meetings with customers, contracts drafting with Legal Dpt and consequent reviewing with Contract Review Board Dpt according to internal guidelines. Cash flow creation and reviewing.
- Managing all aspects of the contract business plan and budget.
- Technical, operative and administrative managing of wind farms during the service period, fulfilling contractual obligations. Proactively foreseeing project risk, mitigating as necessary.
- Monitoring and preserving projects’ contribution margin, through the analysis of costs/revenue and revision with Finance Dpt. Direct account of financial data and corrective actions controlling P&L, invoicing and overdue.
- Proposing after sales solutions and upgrades/retrofits/T&M services.
- Strict collaboration with HSE, Technology and Operation Dpts in continuous supporting and informing customers about new products, safety alerts, innovative solutions.
- Strong relationship and cooperation with direct suppliers and sub-suppliers.
- Leading new wind parks’ handover process and meeting from Project to Service.
- Business development account for special projects and third-party assets.
