Lead the engineering departament in Atacama Region in Chile, this team is formed by draftsmans, mechanicals engineers, process engineers and quality control. We have to ensure the right funtion of the Weir Minerals equipments installed in the customer concentrates plants. Besides develop new proposals to increase the marketshare of the company into the region talking about centrifugal pumps, cyclones, mill liners, HPGR, Geho pumps, knife valves, pinch valves, screens, crushers (Jaw and cone). Other funtion is increase the profit for the company creating better relationships between the customers and Weir Minerals products. Develop new proposals to improve the behavior of Weir Minerals equipments and proposal to develop service on field and in our workshop in Atacama.

Responsable to attent several mines in Atacama región as Caserones, Cerro Negro Norte, Atacama Kozan, Los Colorados, Las Luces, Planta de Pellets, Magnetita and givin support in other regions as Collahuasi and Los Pelambres. In charge to develop improvements, maintenance and monitoring all equipments installed as centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pumps (GEHO), cyclones, HPGR, screens. Start up of equipments. Wear analisis for the equipments. Develop new technical proposal to improve the conditions for Weir Minerals equipments and increase the marketshare of the company. Planification of equipments mentioned before.
Main Achievement: Lead the maintenance of first roller change of an HPGR in Cerro Negro Norte Installation of several equipments in different customers of the region achieving great performance. Great trust obtained from customers .

Develop the commercial labor and develop the energy efficiency area of the company in Chile. Develop energy inventories, prepare diagnostics and reports about energy efficiency for customers.
Main Achievement: Award 200 chilean millions to buy internal combustion engines given by Asociacion Chilena de Eficiencia Energética
