· Managing the Erection and commissioning of Solar PV NET-Metering Power Projects at multiple site throughout the country.
· Monitoring the design and checks the components according to specifications and quality.
· Managing the solar PV power-Net metering projects as per the design of the relevant substation and grid interface incorporating grid code and regulatory provisions incorporated in the design.
· Provide technical direction or support to engineers, technicians during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning and performance monitoring.
· Analyze the electrical single-line diagrams, panel schedules, or connection diagrams for solar electric systems, using computer-aided design CAD software.
. Analyzing the thermal, stress, or cost reduction analyses for solar systems.
· Conduct engineering site audits to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of residential or commercial solar power systems.
· Ensure that the supplies needed are ordered in advance so that they will be available when needed.

· Test or evaluate photovoltaic PV modules.
· Review specifications recommend engineering or manufacturing changes to achieve solar design objectives.
. Understand technical specifications and construction documents.
· Develop standard operation procedures quality or safety standards for solar installation work.

· Organising teams or individuals to make sure that 24-hour cover is available.
