⦁ Coordinating with OEMs, End Users and EPC Contractors.
⦁ Maintain the highest standard of service to Customers in allocated areas.
⦁ Establish high visibility at plant maintenance and operator levels by direct contact and regular follow-up
⦁ Provide both the Company and the Client with an accurate record of work performed and actions taken, together with conclusions and recommendations as required
⦁ Maintain the highest standard of readiness/maintenance of allocate equipment and tools, such as measuring equipment etc.
⦁ Service & Repair of Mechanical seals & Seal systems.
⦁ Maintenance of Rotating Equipment like Pumps, Compressors etc. In Refinery, Oil fields (On Shore & Off Shore) in the region.
⦁ Warranty claims, Troubleshooting, RCA, Failure analysis and Condition monitoring.
⦁ Project management, Site support and Service contracts management.
⦁ Responsible for providing guidance & field support to Service Engineers and Service Technicians in the region.
⦁ Carrying out site surveys and supervising all service centers in the region

⦁ Receive Factory order (FO) from End-user Sales Team. Work closely with Order Acquisition /Sales team to understand customer requirements and product specifications of the orders received
⦁ Responsible for order management & execution of multiple jobs pertaining to various customers
⦁ Taking Dimensions at customer site and Provide guidance to drafter assigned to complete drawings
⦁ Conduct production planning meeting to communicate the product requirement, specifications, timeline etc. to all applicable departments including Engineering, product management, production, quality, procurement etc.
⦁ Closely interact with customers as single point of AESSEAL contact and provide them with all necessary information that they may seek on time
⦁ Actively take part in supplier evaluation for bought out items, cost negotiation, quality, delivery etc.
⦁ Collaborate with the internal departments/other Business Units to ensure that the product is delivered to the customer on time as per the agreed terms & conditions
⦁ Track project status and monitor the progress to ensure the jobs are pursued in right direction.
⦁ Responsible for budgeting, forecasting of Sales, Gross Margin and provide all necessary information to Management on collections etc.
⦁ Tracking competitors various data
⦁ Analyzed customer requirements and researched necessary data Coordinated with customers, company personnel & vendors; provided counseling, recommendations & technical assistance
⦁ Determine the proper application of a mechanical seal and material to be 
used in the application and make necessary engineering calculations
⦁ Analyze, evaluate and rectify mechanical seal failures internally. Additional duties and responsibilities will vary based upon departmental needs

⦁ Develop mechanical seal designs while following standard techniques and 
Procedures
⦁ Order Processing includes BOM creation, Implementation of customer specifications, Creation of mounting routings, creation of tailor-made test sheets generate proposals after reviewing the specifications
⦁ Review and understand buyout quotations
⦁ Attend techno- commercial meetings (whenever required by sales) to assist sales
⦁ Support other business units’ requests for their day to day requirements.
⦁ Ensure smooth order handover to operations
⦁ Significantly determined proper application of a mechanical seal & material to be used in the application and make necessary engineering calculations
⦁ Played a key role in handling transition of a product from development into production with emphasis on the bills of material
⦁ Efficiently analyzed mechanical seal design & component part design; developed drawing sketches & specifications required to engineer or modify existing company products to each customer’s needs
⦁ Evaluate customer requirements, research the necessary data and determine cost effective materials for production
⦁ Provide guidance to designer or drafter assigned to complete layout and detail drawings
