Safety Management, which includes specific activities like organizing and leading by implementing project controls, defining roles and responsibilities and developing communication protocols, resources management particularly working with subcontractors
• Responsible for all work activities involving Piping, Pipe Line, such as Erection Fabrication, Pipe Supports, Drawing reviews, work area preparation, and HSE Awareness.
• Complete management of the project at the site from taking possession of the unit from client to site handover.
• Maximizing resource efficiency (labor, materials, and equipment).
