Management of all the company departments (production, quality, sales, supply chain,

Corporate: Drive the company through the change of ownership. Bonetti Group has been
sold to an important Mumbai based Indian group in 2012.
Finance / Admin: P&L and cash flow responsibility, Group procedures implementation,
reporting. Cost and Investment analysis, HR management.
Operations: Planning, KPI, cost saving, technical, supply chain management, sourcing, QA
certificate renewal.
Sales: Business development, OEM, exhibitions, customer management.
Achievements From negative financial result to break even (18 months), positive P&L (24 months).
+45% turnover. New products development, new company structure design.

Completion of the start-up of the plant, management of all the company departments

Operations: Planning, production flow optimization, supply chain and logistics

Site building (2003-2004): all the activities and responsibilities related to the green field
to active company development process, including, but not limited to:
Investment analysis, industrial area choice and cost negotiation, feasibility study and
business plan development. Local government networking activity, industrial plan
development, plant builder company selection. Site management, design and
construction.
Start-up (2005-2006): machinery set up, hiring, training, production start up and supply
chain set up and management.
Plant management (2005-2009): management of all the company departments
(production, technical, quality, supply chain, finance, hr).
