manufacturing companies, mechanical and plastic parts industry.
I have been developing full knowledge of production company dynamics and management, I have
always been involved and focused on production, plant management, supply chain, sales and
finance.
Fully responsible of P&L of the companies, I organized and supervised cost saving, performance,
KPIs and business development activities and targets.
I recently returned in Italy after a 13 years long cycle of Chinese experience, I managed Italian
