IT Systems Analyst

• Lead the team of 5 members which includes task identification, scheduling, tracking the status and customer interaction.
• Prioritize the Change Request and assign in to release (Monthly, Quarterly, Off-Cycle, and Support), the process due to date request, complete the Change Request.
• Focus on incident reduction and Service Improvement Plans for the Application.
• Handling Product Technical Support.
• Coordinate Microsoft patch executions (1000+ windows servers).
• Handling 24X7 on-call Support.
• Implement batch jobs to sync data between different upstream-downstream.
• Handling all the escalation calls and managing team to address all the product related issues
• Key coordinator to keep platform up to date by promoting all the changes using agile methodology.

• Prioritize the Change Request and assign in to release (Monthly, Quarterly, Off-Cycle, and Support), the process due to date request, complete the Change Request.
• Focus on incident reduction and Service Improvement Plans for the Application.
• Coordinate Microsoft patch executions (1000+ windows servers).
• Handling 24X7 on-call Support.
• Implement batch jobs to sync data between different upstream-downstream.
• Execute Live Load and performance test based on the business trend.
• Key coordinator to keep platform up to date by promoting all the changes using agile methodology.
• Propose solutions for periodic upgrades to the application that reduces support effort.
• Identify the daily activities pertaining to application support that requires manual interventions and propose solutions for automation.
• Being part technical interview panel, help the Talent acquisition team to identify the right talents for the various strategic and project.
• Tactically running the weekly and monthly batch jobs according to the priority to avoid capacity issues related to CPU utilization, memory utilization and mount point reaching the threshold limits etc.
• Interact with Product owners & Customers to prioritize the backlog based on the business urgency.

• Responsible for leading a project team in delivering a solution to our customer in the Industrial sector.
• Deliver new and complex high-quality solutions to clients in response to varying business requirements
• Responsible for managing scope, planning, tracking, change control, aspects of the project.
• Responsible for effective communication between the project team and the customer. Provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer.
• Quality Procedure for the team and continuously monitor and audit to ensure team meets quality goals.
• Contributed in application performance tuning & Code review of team members.
• Document preparation (Analysis document, Checklist, User Manual & Future Analysis Document) and R&D.
• Test case verification against the document, Unit testing and Integration testing.
• Administration of TFS.

• Involved in core development, low-level design and Impact analysis for CR
• Knowledge in module integration, deployment, and release.
• Expertise in writing efficient backend queries, stored procedures and database design.
• Contributed in application performance tuning & Code review of team members.
• Document preparation (Analysis document, Checklist, User Manual & Future Analysis Document) and R&D.
• Test case verification against the document, Unit testing and Integration testing.
• Administration of VSS.
