Clouds support operations. Writing shell, batch, python and powershell scripts according to the requirements raised by customer. Windows server administration tasks such as configuring servers, desktop application publishing, IIS, File server clustering, Active directory administration, patch installations.
Linux server administration tasks such as adding users, setting ACL, rebooting servers, configuring cron jobs.
Configuring Elastisearch , logstash and Kibana.

Production support for e-commerce application of British Airways. I was involved in the ITSM processes related to the application. Participate in discussions for the upcoming enhancements in the application and their timelines for deployment. Resolving the issues raised by the customers of e-commerce application. Scheduling jobs for automating tasks. Developing shell and batch scripts for automating and simplifying tasks.
Providing technical expertise and direction in support of system infrastructure and process improvements, and diagnosing and resolving complex system problems such as middleware configuration.

Production support for internet banking application. Gathering new requirements from client and handing over to development team.
Unit testing of new modules delivered by development team . Deploying the new modules to production using weblogic.
Developing shell scripts to automate day to day tasks . Identifying and deploying configuration level changes in the application.
Resolving and providing fixes for the issues raised by application users.
